At the age of seven, Apostle Arome Osayi pledged his heart to Christ while attending a Sunday school lesson at ECWA 1 Makurdi Barracks Road. Apostle Arome Israel Osayi is the founder and president of the Remnant Christian Network, a Christian organization that operates a global network of Apostolic centers and missions. He is the Chairman of the RCN Adullam Bible and Theology College.
Call to Ministry
The early Christian life of Apostle Arome was shaped by Watchman Nee’s teachings and Benny Hinn’s preaching. With a background in chemistry, he became convinced of his calling at the age of twelve after a series of meetings with God, and he began working toward it from that point forward. According to him, his switch to preaching was inspired by an incident in which he was transported to paradise and stood on a mountain, watching others go to damnation. At that moment, he was assigned to deal with the people’s problem. This occurred when he was 13 years old, and those experiences shaped Apostle Arome Osayi’s life to the point where he could not find peace in anything other than ministry. Apostle Arome Osayi began his journey into the apostolic mandate through the Birth of Remnant Christian Network, aided by Benny Hinn’s ministry and Watchman Nee’s books, as well as under the mentorship of Reverend Pita Momoh Edwards of Sanctuary of Mercy.
Remnant Christian Network (RCN) is one of Nigeria’s fastest growing Apostolic networks, with a large camp located in Makurdi. In the first phase, there is a 3,000-capacity auditorium, as well as a hospital, TV station, and lodging facilities where people can pray and seek God. The Remnant Christian Network in Markurdi is located beside the State Library in Wurukum, Makurdi, Benue State, Nigeria. Apostle Arome is also a prolific author and speaker, whose writings and sermons have impacted countless lives around the world. Apostle Michael Orokpo, Apostle Edu Udechukwu, Reverend Tolu Agboola, Apostle Joel Ogebe, and many more are spiritual offspring of Apostle Arome.
Personal Life and Legacy
Despite his global influence and acclaim, Apostle Arome remains humble and grounded, never losing sight of his roots or forgetting the faithfulness of God in his life. He attributes all of his success and accomplishments to the grace of God, acknowledging that apart from Him, he can do nothing. Apostle Arome Osayi authored the books, Decimating Demonic Devices (Kingdom Advance Series Book 1), Kingdom Calibration Volumes 1&2, Go Into The World and Birthing His Excellence.
In addition to his ministry work, Apostle Arome is also a devoted husband and father. He places great importance on family values and strives to be a role model for his children and the next generation of believers. Apostle Arome Osayi is happily married to his heartthrob, Reverend Mrs. Dinna Ololade Osayi, and they have two children. They got married on October 14th, 2008.
